Operations Systems · ARC

Operational clarity for agriculture

ARC is an agriculture management platform that helps teams monitor resources, organize operational data, and make faster field decisions from one system of record.

Challenge

Farm and facility operations were fragmented across spreadsheets, chat, and tribal knowledge. Managers could not see status quickly, spot issues early, or guide teams with consistent data.

Solution

We built a dashboard-led operations product: structured data models, monitoring views, alerts, and decision-support surfaces that turn raw inputs into clear next actions.

What we implemented

AxiomHub shaped the information architecture and delivery: ops dashboards, facility/asset models, recommendation-oriented UX, and workflows that prioritize visibility first — what is happening, where attention is needed, then what to check next.

  • Resource and operations monitoring dashboards
  • Structured facility, asset, and activity data models
  • Alerts and recommendation surfaces for decision support
  • Role-friendly views for operators and managers

Marketplaces · UDeal Web

Web marketplace for sellers and buyers

UDeal Web is the multi-vendor marketplace web platform AxiomHub built for product listings, media-heavy catalogs, discovery, and buyer–seller commerce conversations on desktop.

Challenge

Sellers needed reliable product create/update flows (including heavy image uploads), and buyers needed discovery and trust on the web — without fragile media handoffs breaking listings.

Solution

We engineered the web marketplace UI and APIs around listing lifecycle, search/filters, seller operations, and chat, including JPEG/PNG integrity checks so corrupt uploads no longer break product upserts.

What we implemented

On ASP.NET, product upsert and media preparation were hardened for incomplete images and recovery paths. The web product experience was structured so sellers can publish and buyers can browse and engage without fragile handoffs.

  • Multi-vendor web listings and catalog management
  • Search, filters, and product discovery
  • Image upload pipeline with corruption/truncation handling
  • Buyer–seller commerce conversations on web

Marketplaces · UDeal Zone

Mobile marketplace for on-the-go commerce

UDeal Zone is the mobile marketplace app AxiomHub built so buyers and sellers can browse, publish, and converse on the go — paired with the same commerce backbone as UDeal Web.

Challenge

Marketplace usage is not desktop-only. Buyers and sellers needed a mobile path for discovery, listing, and chat without losing reliability against the web platform’s media and commerce flows.

Solution

We delivered a mobile app experience for listings, browsing, and buyer–seller conversations, wired to the shared marketplace APIs and media pipelines.

What we implemented

Mobile flows prioritize speed and clarity on phone: browse and publish listings, engage in commerce chat, and stay aligned with the web marketplace’s product and media rules.

  • Mobile multi-vendor marketplace app
  • On-the-go browsing and listing
  • Buyer–seller chat on mobile
  • Shared APIs and media-aware uploads

Media Platforms · RecStream

Live streaming and recording at scale

RecStream is a live TV and radio platform with real-time playback, channel management, recording workflows, and responsive clients for concurrent viewing.

Challenge

Media products fail when playback is brittle, channels are hard to manage, or live/recording sync breaks under concurrent users. RecStream needed a platform shape that could grow without rewriting the core experience.

Solution

We delivered a full-stack streaming experience: responsive playback UI, channel organization, recording/on-demand paths, and real-time backend patterns designed for concurrent sessions and operational control.

What we implemented

React clients sit on ASP.NET Core services with PostgreSQL persistence and real-time updates (SignalR-style), plus CDN-friendly delivery assumptions. Channel management, access control, and recording were treated as first-class product features — not afterthoughts.

  • Live TV/radio playback with adaptive client UX
  • Channel management and organization
  • Cloud recording and on-demand playback paths
  • Real-time updates and multi-device responsive UI

AI Systems · Mechanic AI

Local voice AI for workshop diagnostics

Mechanic AI is a local voice assistant for mechanics: ask a vehicle question hands-free, retrieve grounded workshop knowledge, and hear a clear answer — without paid cloud AI.

Challenge

Workshop work is hands-busy. Mechanics need fast answers about a specific vehicle, but cloud AI is expensive, offline-unfriendly, and often too generic. The prototype needed one-vehicle focus, local processing, and answers grounded only in retrieved knowledge.

Solution

We designed an end-to-end local assistant: Flutter push-to-talk UI, .NET session/API layer, and Python services for STT, RAG retrieval, confidence scoring, and local LLM generation — with clarification when confidence is low.

What we implemented

AxiomHub built the assistant surface and architecture: vehicle context, LAN/local AI status, chat-style Q&A, structured answer cards (interpretation, causes, checks, safety, confidence), playback/feedback, and push-to-talk. SQL Server holds knowledge/users/history; Python handles speech and grounded generation. Prototype scope excluded wake word, OBD-II, and cloud AI.

  • Push-to-talk voice capture in Flutter
  • Local STT → knowledge retrieval → grounded LLM response
  • Confidence scoring with clarification when unsure
  • Spoken + on-screen structured diagnostic answers
  • .NET sessions/history API with Python AI services on LAN

ERP Systems · Sigma SRL

Document management ERP with attendance

Sigma SRL is a Next.js document management system ERP with four roles and permissions, groups and positions, and a complete attendance system for operational teams.

Challenge

Document workflows, org structure, and attendance often live in separate tools. Without clear roles and permissions, teams struggle to control access while keeping attendance and hierarchy accurate.

Solution

We built a unified ERP-style platform: document management, four roles with permission controls, groups and positions for org structure, and a full attendance module — delivered on Next.js.

What we implemented

AxiomHub engineered the product around role-based access, group/position hierarchy, document flows, and attendance tracking so operations stay consistent across users and departments.
